It was nice we had our own bathroom, and the TV had an HDMI cable so we could watch something from our laptop. Friendly woman offering her help for our inquiries. There's a kitchen with drinking water, but not many amenities.

It's pretty much like the pictures. Nothing bad, just very basic. If you want a place to stay, this is probably the best (and only) homestay in Del Carmen. Don't expect to be amazed. Bathroom was very basic.

Generous people. They allowed us late check out without additional charge. They kept our bikes too. The room was very clean and had all the facilities. We would recomend it for sure.

Everyone recommended that we stay in General Luna, but I chose Del Carmen. Glad I did. Andron is a great host, full of helpful tips and local information. Oh, and it turns out he's related to my gf. Internet tells you there is NO FERRY from DC, but there is one trip at 05:30am each day. (We would never have known that without Andron.) Typhoon damage to the house meant that TV is out... but wifi is good. Once you know where the house is, it's easy to walk to, 5min from the port. And everything for a mere €9 per night... he should be charging more.

No hot shower (that's just me - I hate cold showers). Hard to find the house at first, our driver had to ask several locals, then speak to Andron over the phone. (Filipinos are notoriously bad at giving directions. LOL )

It feels very homey at Andreas. The staff and the owner are very friendly as well. The room was comfortable. If I may suggest, would be nice to have some hangers and a place to hang wet clothes. Will definitely stay here again!
