Location- the condo is steps away from the beach. Nice complex.

The condo is in need of updating and a thorough cleaning. The carpeting was very dirty, dishwasher was unusable, mattresses squeaked with every bit of motion, there was mold in bathrooms and the fixtures are ancient, kitchen supplies were limited and many were past their usable life.

Beach access.

Locks need updated. Keys didn't work in the locks well. Property manager didn't leave parking pass. Getting one so our car wasn't towed was difficult.

The sheets were kinda scratchy.

Great location! Can’t be beat for access to the beach. Was supplied with most of what we needed. Beds were comfortable Attached garage was nice

Cleaning was ok except for a few missed spots. Ants in the kitchen Living room furniture was ok, not the most comfortable.

The convenience to the beach was awesome! Shopping for food supplies very convenient as well(Publix). The home needs a few items to be updated, but that didn't take anything away from our stay.

Couldn’t access both lock boxes because the code to one had been changed. No garage opener provided. Second parking space to the right of the unit was constantly occupied by tenants from Unit 13 who parked both of their vehicles there. One parked right outside our unit was a truck, Toyota Tundra, 4X4. I could touch it from our kitchen window. Not what I expected from an “end” unit. We contacted Vacasa, the unit manager, with our concerns. The “handyman” who came was very helpful. The patio furniture was unsafe and he took 4 chairs and discarded them. He fixed a bathroom sink drain that was inoperable. He tried to resolve the garage opened issue but was unsuccessful after 2 tries. He returned with 2 plastic replacement chairs for the patio. I washed any dishes or silverware prior to using as they were not clean. The contact information in the unit is conflicting and obsolete. Only Vacasa info is applicable as we learned and the rest should be discarded. It is apparent this unit needs a lot of work and adequate management.
