House fully equipped for a comfortable stay of 4 people and a large beautiful garden ideal for children. The owners welcomed us with plenty of regional delicacies and fresh drinks. This is a rare accommodation conceived and equipped for the owners and not tfor a commercial exploitation of tourist market. Nice beach in 5 minutes walk. I travel across sardinia since 1986 and this is the best experience I had with private location.

House located in a little residential settlement that becomes bustling in the summer weekends and is otherwise almost desert

We had a lovely stay in Villa Fla. The property was clean, spacious and has a beautiful garden. There are two main bedrooms but the sofa in the living room can also be converted into a bed. Flaviana was very hospital and easily contactable throughout our stay. The property is great for both adults and children and comes with a variety of equipment such as beach umbrellas, chairs, games, bikes etc. There is also an outdoor shower in the back garden, sliding mosquito net doors in the bedrooms and fully functioning AC. Beach is 5 minute walk away

The location is quite remote so if you're looking for a relaxing stay then this is the perfect location. However, there are only a few small corner shops/cafes in the area and they are not within walking distance. A car is definitely needed, especially if you are wanting to visit surrounding beaches in Villasimius or the city of Cagliari. I recommend visiting Solanas beach as this was our personal favourite during our stay.

Lovely garden-great for lying in and relaxing/playing. Very close to the beach so an easy walk through. Quiet location with easy parking.

The local restaurants were closed but this may be because we stayed in September/during covid. The address on booking. Com didn't seem quite right.
