Very good location (close to metro station and Vatican) spotless clean, easy check in and out, very good comunication and very helpful staff ( many thanks to Martha)
We didn’t have problems, because our neighbours from other rooms were quiet and civilised, but the noise from the hall can be for some a problem . Maybe is not a good choise for those with small children, in order to not disturb the others

The location was very convenient and easily accessible. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always available to help whenever we had any questions. The room met all our expectations, and overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. We would be happy to stay here again!

The manager and staff are amazing - they are always willing to help you and you get feedback really fast. That one point was the most pleasing to us. Also we found small bottles of shampoo and shower gel, toothpaste and toothbrush. There is also a coffee machine in the room. You can always grab a bottle of water if you want to. In other words, the quality for that price is very very nice. We also got coupons to the bakery near the property - a coffee and a pastry for free. The rooms itself is really nice - there is a conditioner inside and a balcony.
+really close to Vatican
To be honest and short - there were some moments that were not 100% good, however, they are really really small comparing to the advantages. First of all, we found only 2 suitable power outlets. Also there was an old fridge and probably refrigerator on the balcony, which took up a lot of space.
It also takes around 30-40 minutes to get to the main attractions like Colosseo, but it’s not a disadvantage- rather a thing to be aware of.
