Cozy place to come back to at the end of the day with good little kitchen in the suite. Very clean and beds were comfortable, also nice decor in the rooms. Staff and owner were very helpful with suggestions, information and recommendations. Beautiful vegetation around the property, felt like you were a bit in the jungle!

It’s a little south of town so requires either taxi or golf cart to get around but we liked this.

The staff was wonderful and gave us recommendations of great food to have! The room was super duper comfortable too!

We actually liked that it was not in the centre of the town of San Pedro. It was quieter and more peaceful. We were very pleased with the grocery store, fruit stand, amazing popsicle stand and restaurants just around the block. A short 5-minute walk. We liked that it was a suite with a kitchenette. Very spacious and nicely decorated.

I loved these apartments! The staff were so helpful. The apartment was big and such good value for money. Beautiful property. Quiet and peaceful. Little out of town which I liked because I like walking. Town can be pretty noisy with all the golf carts.

Very spacious and comfortable. The suite was cool, even without the air conditioning on. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was evident that this place had a lot of care put into it. There were so many small touches that made it a positive experience. Each suite seemed to have a different theme with gorgeous artwork on the walls. The location was great and it was very quiet. Close to where the boat tours leave. A very short walk to the beach. We also saw hummingbirds and colorful butterflies on the property. This was a much needed respite/oasis for us weary travelers. We absolutely loved it.

I really liked this small, more off-the-beaten path, economical option in San Pedro, where the friendly owners, Jose and Lucinda, treat you like family and are there to answer any questions or help you with any of your plans. They also provide a very thorough info guide in the room with lots of good info. The location is about 1.5 miles outside of town, so much quieter than central San Pedro, yet a nice variety of several great local restaurant options in walking distance. You can also get to the beach through the beach front hotels, about a 5-minutes walk away, although as with all beaches on San Pedro, not really a beach you'd want to lounge on as it is covered with the rather stinky sargassum seaweed. Still beautiful though! I enjoyed walking into town early in the mornings to get to the dive shop - it was hot of course, but fun to experience the flow of local folks on their way to work. You can also rent a golf cart or call a taxi to get anywhere. The room is clean and comfortable and has everything you need - a sitting space, a stocked kitchen with a stove and coffee maker if you want to cook for yourself, and fans and AC to cool off if need be. I spent most of my days outside of the hotel diving, snorkeling, and this was a nice place to return to in the late afternoon to cool off for a bit, and then go out for an early dinner at one of the nearby restaurants. As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed this place!

My only suggestion is that it would be nice to have a bicycle to borrow/rent to get into town :)

Lucinda was a lovely hostess. Very responsive to the minor issues I had. Also, she is an amazing artist and is painting gorgeous murals in the rooms that are now being refurbished. Jose was always available to help out as well. Lovely property within walking distance of many eateries and shops.

I was in Belize for scuba diving and the property was a little distant to walk to dive centers. However, the taxi service was great so never had a problem getting to docks.

This accommodation is absolutely fabulous. The apartments are well equipped and everything you need for catering g for yourself. The bedroom was clean and the bed very comfortable with enough storage facilities for a longer stay. The bathroom was big with an excellent shower. There is a small sitting area which is extremely comfortable. We had interconnecting apartments so the young people could have their own twin room and bathroom which was very helpful when they wanted to shut themselves away (as young people do!! Outside there are lovely gardens and chairs outside each apartment where you can sit and watch the birds, even a humming bird. Jose is so helpful and nice. He welcomed us warmly, showed us where everything was and was always on hand for queries. He very kindly sorted out a golf cart for our stay, booked a local snorkelling trip which was excellent and booked a taxi for our departure. I loved this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if I could get to that part of the world. There are loads of restaurants within walking distance of the apartments.

Nothing could improve the accommodation. Belize has a problem with seaweed on the beaches so you do need a golf cart to get around but that just makes it more fun.

Lucinda and her team as well as the entire property are just awesome: so friendly, helping out with anything they can, everything set up with so much love - from the well-curated book with all kinds of information one might need as a guest, to the awesome jungle garden and nicely set up and spacious rooms. A bit outside busy San Pedro downtown - which we perceived as a true bliss after having stayed there before moving over to Belize Budget Suites.

Only one thing: Wish we would have come here earlier and stayed a bit longer!

A very spacious one bedroom apartment. Good kitchen for all our necessities. A well equipped apartment. Lots of small but important details. Lovely gardens. Nice to sit on the varanda and appreciate the surroundings. Vey quiet. Some stores and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Not great breakfast options so best to make your own. Good diving and snorkeling store nearby. Jose was very kind and helpful with advice for tours and organising a taxi to the boat

It is a 25 minute walk to the center of town. Which can be hard in the hot sun. We are walkers so it was ok. If you have a golf cart it is not a problem

Caretakers went above expectations to make sure we had everything we needed. Jose was very helpful and friendly. He greeted us at check in and spoke to us every time we saw him. He carried our suitcase to and from our upstairs suite. The suite and grounds were clean. The bed was comfortable. Lots of storage space in bedroom and bathroom.

Great Place , I could sleep perfect and cook all what i want. JOSE the manager onsite was always helpful and kind.

A quiet, peaceful spot in San Pedro. We LOVED this spot. The owner is very artistic and has done a fabulous job of bringing this accomodation to life. The beds were comfortable, everything very clean, lots of towels available, kitchen with everything you could need (including the most delicious coffee!!) There was lots of seating outside both in the sun and shade. The vibe here is so laid back and easygoing. We instantly felt at home. Josè was a wealth of information on the island and was so helpful and kind. The suite had a binder FULL of information, basically everything there is to do/eat on the island, and we loved how well put together and thorough it was. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat! The owners have clearly put their heart and soul into the place to make it such a wonderful accomodation!

There was nothing that I disliked! It is a little further from the "main area" of San Pedro, but this was no issue at all as we had a golf cart. And being further from the hustle and bustle made it very peaceful!

Very nice place - looked better that on the pics! I loved all the greenery around. Far from the noise of the city. Rooms and bathroom were clean and beds comfortable. Super nice and helpful staff will tell you all you need to know and help you with any arrangements - taxi, where to rent a cart, etc. It was a lovely stay :)

Agree with all the positive reviews. Immaculate accommodations, great bathroom towels, great communication and support from Lucinda and Jose! We had a kitchen unit that was set up with just what you needed for a simple meal. Full fridge and freezer. You will need a golf cart. The company Jose set us up with was great and we arranged for them to met us right at the ferry upon arrival. Our very favorite meals were at Robin's Kitchen, very close by. Check their facebook account for hours. Snorkeling with Blue Tang Inn on a sailboat to Hol Chan was a highlight.

it was nicely landscaped, clean and affordable for the two weeks we were there to visit with family members. We were well supplied with everything we needed.

Lucinda the lady who checked us in was amazingly helpful and prompt. My what's app had issues and she became the middle person and handled any reservations we needed. She seemed to be working hard at completing some renovations too while caring for tenants needs. LOVED the bed and kitchenette was very handy. Location was great being close to several grocery type stores or veggie/fruit stands.

The front living area of rooms has no sound insulation and so we heard our neighbors when sitting in that area. But the bedroom was very quiet and super COMFY beds!!! Being above 50, these old bones need those great beds with memory foam. The only other thing was the mosquitos and 'no see ums' since there is not much wind on this area with lots of greenery and not being on the coast.

The place was amazingly maintained and clean. You could really feel there like at home. The owner is very helpful and gave us all the tips for the San pedro we could hope for. But the most heart warming moment was the help we received when we had to leave since our ferry was leaving at 6 am and no taxi driver was answering our messages. She offered to drive us there herself despite the ungodly early hour. We will definitely come back there again.
