The location is great, close to the main attractions. Easy to get by bus.

Rooms are tiny, check-in is only before 8 pm. otherwise you cannot get in.

The staff was very kind

When I arrived to the hotel after 9pm I was informed that my reservation was cancelled because the hotel was not able to validate my credit card (valid till 2025) and that this is my problem. The staff was unpleasant and not helpfull and the hotel was full booked so I found my self without place to sleep for the night. More over they told me that it's my fault because I arrived after 8pm and that's against the hotel rules - well when I booked the room I wrote the e mail to the hotel informing that I will arrive late due to the traffic and the hotel employee named Matteo replied that It was not a problem.....

Good value money compared with other hotels in the area. Free parking on the street in front of the hotel, good location, comfy bed and very spacious room.

The room is just asking for renovation, especially the bathroom. Looks very nice on the outside though. Breakfast was disapoointing.

Location was good. Promenade and small beach in a walking distance, but you don't see the sea from your room.

I expect that hotels offer check in time at least until 22:00 or find options how to give the room keys to the guests without assistance of the receptionist, therefore we had a lot of unnecessary stress when got a call from hotel that check in is closing 20:00. I had to drive like crazy and probably will get speed ticket just because I didn't see with small letters check in time in the reservation and my mailbox was full to receive email from hotel. Both shower doors were falling out and sink was clogged. Bad breakfast. 166 EUR for a room with 2 adults and 2 little children was too high for this quality room even in top season. One of my worst experiences I had in my traveler experience within last 20 years. But I have visited 60 countries and circled the globe, therefore believe me that I can compare.

The stuffs were super nice and helpful. The location is the best possible. It's just 3 minutes away from Boccaddase Beach which is astonishing. The room was clean and nice.

The breakfast was not a very exceptional offer. It was just a couple of ordinary options.

the rooms and towels are smelly and old. the electricity wires are hanging (not covered) as if renovation is not finished. The price is very high for this type of hotel. breakfast is very poor

Nice hotel and room; we got one with a large terrace with a beautiful view. Nice AC.

the elevator didn’t reach the top floor, so we had to walk one floor (not a big deal).
