The spa and the staff

Basically everything... the room is really small, the bathroom was really small and without the bidè. The hotel have nothing to offer, just the spa and gym. Not even a cocktail bar where to relax at night. Very pricey for what it offer and the condition of the hotel. Breakfast is limited and nothing special. I would say this is a 3 star hotel with a nice spa (not great) that it nothing special too pricey

Sehr schönes ansprechendes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr modernes Ambiente bei bei sehr freundlichem Personal.

Etwas leicht außerhalb im Stadtrand gelegen, jedoch alles erreichbar, wenn man mobil ist

Very caring staff, walking distance to Ortigia 40mins is ok - we were ready to it, free parking, good breakfast, clean, good towels and bathrobes, we got room upgrade, good restaurants with amazing sea view in about 10mins walking distance

Controversial design – black walls, a small room with a courtyard view, , the interior in room is already somewhat worn , weird shower entrance through the toilet.

It's a worn-out urban wanna-be fancy hotel completely misplaced in a residential suburb. Such a weird place. We booked the place, mainly misled by the spa and pool pictures. When we got there, we understood that it was not a pool, but a jacuzzi, and it was not open, but just for people who booked a treatment. So we booked a treatment (very expensive), only to be thrown around unfinished passages, where we in robes shared space with construction workers coming in and out. It feels like you are trespassing while walking around the common areas, but that might be due to the bad customer service experience we had, from the checkin to checkout. People weren't talking to us, making us wait, and just looking unfriendly. I really don't know if it was due to their poor English skills, or some cultural thing, but we never felt welcome. Exception to be made, to one worker during the breakfast that she was great. The location was also not good if you are a tourist interested in exploring Ortiglia; it was a far and uninteresting walk.
