I could not find any fault with this hotel. our room was clean and comfortable, every single member of staff was kind and helpful, Miguel particularly made sure we were happy and jhonny kept up with us on the bar. We had the best time here and will definitely visit again

The hotel was great for our stag party or 8 people split in to two rooms of 4. There is a great atmosphere at the hotel. The food was great with plenty of options.

The staff were a bit short at the bars. The rooftop bar was closed until after 5pm, with the pool area mostly in the shade, it would have been a great alternative option to hand about. If you are sober the hotel can be very loud in the evenings but it is what it is.

Dated. Air condition/ TV controls you had to pay for. Did refund my room deposit straight away, still haven’t had it. No sun loungers, bed were £100.

Had checked in on line before arriving and was easy to complete check in when we arrived in person late at night. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Aircon was brilliant. Staff friendly

No loungers at the pool all deckchairs, however understand it's more of a party/dance area. No crockery or kitchen equipment in the room. Didn't ask for any but found it unusual that it wasn't just in the kitchen

Room very run down broken drawers Smashed tiles Pool bar staff lady with blond hair massively overcharging on the drink. I expect to pay more at a pool bar but she was charging between 2.5 and 3 euro more on every round..no full price listing so I suspect she pockets this. She was charging 5 euro for a wine. The guy was charging 3.00 which is more expected for a wine! She would charge 7 euro for a malibu and splash of pineapple juice (madness) Pool bar guy didn't charge as much as she would on every round No balcony I didnt get why it was made into a room. I don't mind paying deposits and I can see why the hotel ask for deposit but i found it cheeky asking for deposit when the room is so run down.
