its a bit overpriced for the size of the accommodation, we had booked for a family of 4 ( 2kids) and if the Sofa bed is stretched out then there is no space to walk around. the kitchen, washing machine area all very small space. also the property asking us to take out own garbage after charging almost like a hotel rate is ridiculous in my opinion. Garbage should also be separated as recyclable, common waste, bottles etc, that made us feel like a rented apartment for the price of a Hotel room.

Perfect location for all trips in Barcelona. So close to metro and also all buses, 25min on foot to Sagrada Familia. The room and the bathroom was clean, small, but absolutely comfortable for small family group. In Kitchner on the room was everything we need, fridge, dishwasher… Lidl and Aldi just few meters from the accommodation. If we will come back to Barcelona, we will come back! Thank you!

We liked the apartment very much it was quite clean and nice. You van find everything that you need in the kitchen and it helps a lot if you travel with the family and kids. Location is very good, just in the next building the famous breakfast place Billy Brunch with the delicious food.

Not much to say. It has modern furniture. Location was decent, nearest metro is a 7-minute walk away. Noise wasn't too much of an issue.

Honestly one of the worst stays I've ever had. Never thought I would ever write a bad review. First, the sofa bed wasn't even a proper sofa bed?! There is a single mattress that pulls out from the sofa bed, and then you have the actual "sofa" for someone to sleep on, both were ridiculously uncomfortable! Also when we asked if there extra pillows, we were told to use the ones from the bed. The apartment was so dirty, floors were full of dust. And you expected your guests to take out the trash at the end of their stay when you gave us such a dirty apartment to begin with? The shower was horrible because the design meant that water was leaking everywhere in the shower. The plug was also clogged and after requesting for a repair, it was still not much better. The fridge didn't work properly and wasn't cold enough. ALSO, out of the 5 staff members we met across our stay, only one of them was friendly. When my family member tried to ask for an extra towel, the staff was incredibly rude to him! Argued, scoffed at him and turned him away. It was ridiculous that they only gave one dishwasher tablet when we were staying there for 6 days, with not enough dishwashing soap. I normally give grace to hospitality workers, but your staff need some proper training on how they treat your guests. Bottom line, had I known this is what we would get for what we paid, I would have stayed further out the city or pay more for a better place, and avoid this place at all costs.

The room was spacious and clean and had very comfortable beds. The washing machine (although very noisy on a spin) was convenient, as was the dishwasher and combi oven. Actually, the kitchen facilities were all excellent. The wifi wasn't too bad, and although there was no signal on the TV, we used an Amazon Fire Stick instead. The location is absolutely superb, everything within reach and even a cheap Aldi just 2 minutes down the same street. The staff were pleasant, and overall, given some of the mixed past reviews, we were pleasantly surprised.

We Brits love some winter sun in Europe, and we picked this apartment as they had a small plunge pool. I had already read the reviews, so I knew it wasn't a 'swimming pool', but we just wanted somewhere for a fresh daily dip. Sadly, the water was absolutely disgusting. Full of bugs, green with slime. I asked reception whether it could be cleaned so we could use it, to be told they only clean it during the summer. If this is the case, they need to place a warning on the property listing that the pool is only available in certain months. We had to take an Uber to the beach for our fresh dips as it was a 45-minute walk away otherwise. I also reported a fault with the bath tap, which never got resolved during our trip. We had to fill the bathtub using the shower each evening, which was a pain.

The staff at the property were really helpful and friendly. The apartment itself was modern and really clean and the location is excellent, a walking distance to most popular tourist attractions and many lovely restaurants and lively bars. Would recommend the property

The property is unfortunately not soundproofed at all meaning that we were woken up by the tenants above us moving furniture, vacuuming and our neighbour’s alarm clock. This didn’t bother us and it’s nothing within the control of staff but just something to be aware of prior to booking if this would bother you

Location was okay. Daytime front office staff were helpful.

Poor sound insulation. Can hear noise, footsteps, chatters from apartment units above and next to ours. Evening to night time front office staff were less approachable.
