Good location, good free but pick up from NARITA air port, staff very helpful.convenient store same hotel building.more room sit back relax downstairs at lobby.wifi signal get better than before and easy to cornect.

Some time i can smell smoke in room.

It was a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff cleaned our room everyday. Gave new toiletries everyday if any were used. Made our room look like new when we arrived every day.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Amazing price, beautiful, elegant decor, an extensive buffet that was fresh and delicious, a view of a forest from my room, a spacious room, free shuttle to and from the airport, friendly staff, a cozy kimono style robe, a comfortable bed, nice shampoo and conditioner, a 7/11 inside the building, fresh cold water to fill my bottle anytime, and great seating areas to relax. 10/10!

I wanted to stay near the airport on my final day and this hotel is perfect for that. There’s not a ton to do around the hotel, but having a shuttle take you directly to the airport was amazing. Highly recommend for a one night stay if you’re just getting into Tokyo or if you’re going to depart.

Everything was very good

Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Friendly staff, and a 7/11 convenience store is on the 1 st floor. Gym and hot tub are on site as well.

I wish there were plugs next to the bed to charge devices.

no room service and the hotel restaurant is a buffet. it’s Really expensive!! and not very good. I walked about 5 mins down the road and found a Thai restaurant that was soooo good.
