APA Narita is excellent for a layover at Narita. It is a solid APA hotel and is a popular hotel in the area especially for Japanese business travelers. They have some very comfortable beds and great pillows you can buy. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is excellent with Japanese and Western options. There is also a free shuttle for guests to Narita airport which is an another excellent perk. Very solid value.

Hotel ia located close to Keisei Narita station. Exit station and there is a escalator on the right which takea you under the tracks to the hotel.
Check in is somewhat easy. They have you scam a QR c9de and then enter in your registration information. This generates another QR code which younthen can use at the registration machines. You scan your QR code and passport and a key is dispensed.
Nice Japanese style breakfast was included.
Rooms are small but efficient. Good for a one nihht stay before flying out of Narita airport.

There was an very impolite manager at the desk. I needed help with a phone call to the wifi company at Narita. They didn’t want to help and were also impolite. All six weeks were great in Japan, everyone was kind and I’m a kind person too. And this happened. I’m never book APA again.

Room with a double bed is tiny. There’s barely any space for your luggage. The hotel is also right next to the train track, and the trains can be heard in the room. I am a light sleeper, I barely got any sleep with all the noise. The service was the only positive side.

I loved their hot bath house on the 2nd floor with an ice machine and microwaves every 3-4floors. The room was spacious for two of us. Bathroom was small but we didn't mine as we used the public bath every night.

Location is the best for preparing to Narita airport in the next morning.

Rooms for 2 adults with 2 beds are small. Not easy to move around. The area is walkable to stores, restaurants, and the Town Mall. Shuttle Service to & from the airport is great. Next tobthe Keisei Narita and Narita Train Stations.
5.0
The staff is very polite from the time you get on their shuttle bus at the airport till the time you get off the shuttle bus on the return. The lobby staff prefers you check in on the kiosk but will help you if you have problems. The room is clean but small with everything kept neatly. There is a bathtub in the room, but also a public bath, where you can soak yourself to take the travel tiredness away. There is a Lawson convenient store next door. Walk up the stairs next to the hotel on the left and you end up at Keisei Narita station where in front there’s a lot of restaurants to choose from. A very convenient hotel. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel.

The service at this establishment were very hospitable and patient with us even when faced with the language barrier. We were very impressed with their attitude and eagerness to deal with guests and ensure all our requests were met! Another thing we really liked during our stay was the food at their buffet. The main thing that was really nice to see was that they were willing to attempt to converse in English or use translators to be able to understand us even though Japanese is their main language. That truly shows their desire to be as hospitable to guests as much as they can and we deeply appreciate it! The employees there were very focused and polite. The work of the people at this establishment is commendable and they deserve praise and gratitude for their hard and honest work. Keep up the great work APA Hotel!

Though it’s just next to Narita station, the noise from the train is far way too noisy to rest well.

Room is small but to Japan standards. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Checkout time is 10am which is early. Public bath was excellent. Restaurant for breakfast was good.

The room is a bit smaller than other APA hotel in the town.

We got here after our flight into Narita. It was a nice hotel. Smaller than most hotels, but that's the APA style of hotels

Never received housekeeping service, despite staying enough nights to have had cleaning service. The bed was saggy and uncomfortable. Not the cleanest Japanese hotel. There are better options nearby.

There is a public bus and free shuttle bus to airport. but the room is a narrow space.

This hotel, chosen primarily for its promise of shuttle service, ultimately fell short of my expectations. Despite the hotel's amenities listing a shuttle service, I experienced a significant delay, waiting nearly an hour for transportation from the airport. Additionally, the shuttle stop is located across the street, posing an inconvenience, especially for those with heavy luggage. While the room itself was notably small, the quality of the breakfast served was a redeeming feature. However, for travelers prioritizing convenience, I recommend considering alternative accommodations.

The APA Hotel, Narita is very near the train station. It is super clean and efficient. The 24/7 Lawson's convenience store is 1 minute away. There are good restaurants around the station. The Hotel has a wonderful sentoo (public bath). Just remember, this is a Japanese business hotel. The rooms are great but very very small in the eyes of Westerners. The rooms have every convenience like toothbrush, soaps, etc.

Holding luggage after checkout is a good amenity. Plane takes off at 5pm so leaving luggage at the hotel and spending a few hours at the local temple was nice. Then swiftly pick up the luggage back and walk to the the station to the airport was a breeze.

in my room there was a constant noise corresponding to the electricity that did not allow me to rest, I checked all the sockets and lamps but I could not turn off the sound, it would be a good idea if you could check this point. The best part of my stay was the reception of the staff, excellent attention from the guy who spoke Spanish, I was quite surprised.

It was very dated property. Wifi didn't work and i had to go to the front desk more than a few times because the phone in my room didn't indicate what number to call the front desk. Eventually they moved me to a different room.

Small room, wonderful bathtub, hot shower.
Breakfast buffet was great. Free bus ride from airport worked out. Service was professional and friendly.
I always try to stay in an APA hotel when i come to Tokyo.

This was one of three APA Hotels I stayed in this trip (and one of 13 places I stayed in total this trip). APA Hotels can be quite consistent but this one had a horrendously tiny toilet. (I mean toilet, not bathroom.) As a man, if you sit on the toilet you'll be touching the porcelain. How horrible!
Furthermore, not much to recommend this hotel. More cramped than average rooms, no USB charging outlets near the bed, soft mattress and it's on the "wrong" side of the train track.
I'll visit Narita again, but I will definitely not stay in this hotel.

I would have given a higher rating. After all you get what you pay for.
Pros: 1. toiletries 2. a short walk to the train station train station and restaurants 3. They will keep your luggage if you arrive early.
Cons: 1.no telephone number to call once you arrive at the airport. No directions to follow to get to the shuttle. We walk around the airport and road the tram for 30 mins.and ended up riding a cab from the airport to the hotel. It cost us $26 US.2. We arrived around 7 am,checked in & was informed about our room having 2 beds which I booked . No key given yet. We left our luggage & travelled around the city. Back to hotel at around 9pm, we again, were asked to submit our passports & fill up information. Because we were exhausted, we just followed every instruction. We were again reminded that we booked 2 beds. Upon entering our room ,1 full bed for me and my husband. We did not complain anymore because it was almost 10 pm and we were tired.
3. Tiny room. You can walk through the dresser and bed, that’s it. Bedsheets are are tucked in the wall in both areas, about half a foot space on the foot of the bed a foot from the dresser.
4. Bed length good for 5’6” height
5. You have to walk outside the building, cross 2 streets to get to the shuttle bus.
6. It was raining hard when we checked out. No umbrella provided, hence we were soaking wet like most passengers. Annoyingly, the bus driver driver passed the front of the hotel to pick us up as no one crossed the 2nd street.

One of my many stopovers stays before I fly out from Narita airport. Ideal to rest before the long haul! Literally right next to Keisei Narita station which is incredibly convenient. Perfect for solo travellers.

The best thing going for this hotel is location and convenience. I had to book a room on very short notice after missing a flight at Narita and I was able to get a single room for a little over 40 USD the same night on a Sunday. I've read Sundays and Mondays are typically cheaper for rooms so YMMV. Getting to and from Narita is super simple - just two stops down on the Keisei Main Line from the airport to Keisei Narita station (#40). My room was very small, bathroom even moreso, but I'm not a big person and I made due just fine. Ive been spoiled by some of my stays in Japan so I was a little let down at no free drink in the fridge, but you'll have everything you need for the bath plus free instant coffee. There is a spa on 2nd floor, but I didnt have time to try it. Restaurant is on first floor, but I also did not have tome to try. Staff is friendly (seems like that everywhere I've went in Japan) and checkin and checkout are very quick.

First time staying at APA. Perfect budget hotel for two people if you reserve twin room with 2 beds, 140 m2. Comes with all the amenities, and toilet paper is fluffy and not super thin. Has frig in room. Close to station.
