Excellent service attention to detail

The spa could have been better - very claustrophobic and did not give me the options I wanted for the facial treatments

Everything was perfect. Excellent view of the caldera. Service provided by Sophia and Thanos was perfect; always attentive to our needs to ensure our stay there was to the best experience.

white Santorini is situated in a perfect location and has a wonderful view. our room was amazing too, and very spacious and comfortable. The managers Thanos and Sofia were very friendly and could not be any more helpful. we would definitely book again.

The Creme Suite was amazing, private entrance, breakfast served on the private terrace with an awesome view towards Oia, heated swimmingpool partly in the shades, which was needed after being the whole day in the sun;) Very friendly and caring staff!

Quite expensive, but for the right occassion (we got engaged there) surely worth it:)

Lack of care for guests. Difficult to access reception and reception staff uncaring & unhelpful- mainly there to sell services. Very restricted times for spa, breakfast & even use of lift. Spa facilities virtually non-existent - only there to provide expensive treatments.

Extraordinary views. Restaurants close by with the nicest staff, especially at “Dear Elie”

Difficult to find parking

The staff at breakfast were very pleasant. The staff at reception were pleasant but the facilities are inadequate and we weren't the only ones complaining. The view was amazing.

We booked at extra cost to have the Hot tub but it kepy losing heat. It was only 28° to start and it was blowing a gale with a cold wind. This made it unusable as there was no shelter. The wind was so strong that the already cool water was being cooled even further. We asked on numerous occassions for something to be done but nothing changed. Shared pool was icy cold. We noticed that many other hotels had glass screens - maybe this could be a consideration. It cannot be advertised as a hot tub if it isn't. The hotel tried to blame the weather but they work in more extreme environments than where we were. We even requested a cover that didnt help. Not acceptable. The pump filtering the pool and the plunge pool was incredibly noisy. The rooms on the website state are soundproof but due to high winds upstairs furniture was blowing around as not secured and we didnt sleep all night - this was addressed when we mentioned it though. The cost for the hotel stay was overpriced for whats on offer.

The staff, especially Sofia, were incredibly kind and helpful and made our stay very special and comfortable. The location is excellent with some exceptional sunset views, in a quiet area. We would like to extend a very warm thank you to Sofia for helping us organise our holiday and making it one of the best we've ever had.

Difficult to get the right temperature in the room at night. The pool was not heated and it was very cold despite the warm weather.

The location was excellent with the incredible sunset views and access to superb local restaurants, the best being White lounge and restaurant. The staff made our stay even more memorable by providing helpful tips for dinners and excursions. Nothing was too difficult for them. It made our wedding day preparation go smoothly which we are immensely grateful for!

From this hotel, you have a spectacular view of the sunset in Santorini. You don’t even need to go to Oia to see it. The staff and particularly Dimitris were great and always willing to help, while their suggestions made our trip great!

Relatively overpriced; the inside area of the room was not as luxurious as I would expect for the price I paid.

Everything was perfect, such an incredible place! Amazing view, very friendly staff, perfect accomodation with jacuzzi, and lot of extras, breakfast was suberb. The personnel are very nice, our receptionist Dimitri was super! We loved White Santorini and can't wait to come back one more time!

The location was idyllic and quiet at night. The staff were so helpful, excellent and friendly. The rooms were furnished beautiful and the breakfasts were delicious! Excellent all round for a luxurious relaxing break.

Everything was just perfect and we recommend White Santorini to all travelers who want to get the best experience from Santorini. This place offers the best sunset view, very romantic and calm atmosphere without many tourists (as for example in Oia). If you're looking for some nice bars, nightlife, shops with souvenirs - you can easily walk to Fira. The walking distance is around 30 minutes and you'll get the best caldera views. Huge thanks to the amazing staff for always being there to help us and give us advice about the best restaurants, beaches, car rental. We really enjoy our stay and we'll recommend this place to our friends and family. If you're looking for extraordinary service, White Santorini is the right place for you.
