The property is fantastic, the views are to die for, if you spring for their suite, it has a private plunge pool inside the room as well as a jacuzzi outside. You have breakfast served from their private kitchen and eat it out in the open overlooking the spectacular view of the Santorini cliffs and seaside in front of you. it’s a surreal experience and absolutely recommend. Special shout out to Maria, who’s helped make the stay as comfortable as possible for us and never said no to any of our requests :) 10/10 recommend

The location was perfect. I loved the covered plunge pool giving Privacy on an open terrace. My room was in a cul-de-sac off the general pathways so it was a perfect little sanctuary, with an amazing view.

Excellent location - most magnificent sunset views from the room or balcony. Close to a lot of facilities including restaurants and short walk to Thera. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay so much lovelier. They accommodated to us in every way possible to make our stay better including surprising us with the most delicious cake one night! A beautiful spread for breakfast in the morning with a variety of options.

We were very disappointed when we arrived. Check-in was supposed to be 3pm. We didn't get our room.until 5pm and that too was after complaining. We lost half our day sighting because of this delay. They tried to compensate with an upgrade. But honestly, I was not happy with the upgraded room. My original room was much better.

The Location is amazing , and the view is spectacular , one of the best scenery in Santorini .bed is comfortable and clean . it is located directly in from of Skaros rock where. you get to see sunrise and sunset from your Balcony . guys from room Service were very keen to help . Demitri or Demitiris , he is at the front desk , this guy knows how to communicate well with customers and he has the skills of dealing with struggles and anger of customers , he was friendly and Keen to assist . Also , Klodi , was a respectful guy who helps clients a lot .

The check in was really horrible . I Arrived around 12:40 and I know that check in time supposed to be at 3 pm . I didn't object when I arrived , the guy at the front desk told me its not the time to check in just drop your luggage and come back at 3 pm . I told him , do you need my passport ? he arrogantly replied " its not important, its not the time , just come at 3 ! " so I ignored his behavior and walked to explore the area . I came back at 2:50 pm and asked him wither the room is ready , he said not yet , so he urged me to stay somewhere to give me fruit and wine , I thought he would let me in a room cos the weather was a bloody hot , he sent me somewhere at room directly below the Sun ! and I waited there for 15 min , there were no fruit no refreshment only a hot sun just above my head . I went down to him and it was 3:15 and still the room wasn't ready and he said he needed 20 minutes more ! I got angry and stayed outside, and believe me what make me mad is not the room but also he lacked communication skills , he made me feel like he owns the place and making me a favor of staying , I felt humiliated . it was almost 3:30 and I didn't get the room so I went back there and I was going to ask him for a refund , but Mr Demitirs was there and apologized for what happened and started to chat just to keep me calm . the other guy was telling me that I only waited for 18 minutes . well that 18 minutes is deducted from my time and money . I don't know what would happen if Mr Demitri wasn't there! he solved the issue . it was almost 4;15 pm when I get into the room and believe me . I have spent two days full of frustration and anger , I got colon and headache I couldn't enjoy the scenery or the place I was counting minutes to leave . Also , when I check in the suite , there was no bulbs so I had to use the only one available bulb or light . lightning wasn't working properly in the room .

The view and breakfast when we received it were great. We had early starts to our days while there and they were not able to accommodate this. They brought our breakfast consistently 30 min to 1 hour after our requested time. The view was fantastic and gorgeous, the only saving grace of the room.

The concierge was perhaps the worst I have encountered. They were dismissive and condescending. When trying to check in, the concierge staff repeatedly took calls instead of handling our check in, after standing around for 15 minutes, he told us to return at 3 pm because early check in was not available. This was fine, but since we didn’t have anything to do for over an hour, I figured I would attempt to arrange a car for the following morning. He then told me he cannot confirm anything until we check in and laughed and asked me what the rush was. I also needed to use the restroom and he told me to go to another hotel. We were told to use WhatsApp to ask any questions. Our messages were repeatedly left on read with no response. After many messages trying to arrange a hotel car for our morning activity, I was told we’d receive a confirmation message, no message was received. The entire exchange took 2 hours. The following morning, our car never arrived and the concierge which was supposedly between 8 am and midnight, was not there, even at 8:20 AM. Our activity was subsequently canceled due to weather and so we canceled the requested car (which as it turns out was not ever requested). The concierge staff did not apologize for the issue. We had multiple other sub-par interactions with both the daytime and afternoon concierge staff. It became so difficult to ask for assistance that I just stopped asking. I will not bore everyone with additional stories except that upon checkout, they tried to charge me for the car that I never took and argued with me for several minutes. Fr the price of the room, I expected friendlier staff. I was repeatedly told to relax and that everything is fine, which is incredibly disrespectful. They couldn’t give me any information regarding bus timetables and claimed to plan to find out and message me via WhatsApp, which they didn’t. The view, while beautiful, does not make up for the attitude. Stay somewhere else.

The room was very beautiful but the view was just amazing. The staff was really helpful and prompt with service.

The service, sunset, the team, particularly Liz, spacious suites, everything!! Absolute 5 star service. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Great stay. Amazing views. Fantastic service. Really relaxing and private. Staff friendly and polite. The plunge pool was great and the breakfast served to your room really good.

Wouldnt describe the rooms as 5*, but you pay for the view, which is fantastic. Just a few basics for the price. Keep the milk and tea/coffee stocked up. Also a pen in the room would help and more info re the local areas i.e. a map etc.

We stayed in the Superior Honeymoon Cave Suite and it was amazing! The breakfast that is served every morning is superior. The interior swing and indoor cave pool made the room extra special. The staff was incredible and so helpful. They helped my husband surprise me with roses, candles, and champagne ready when we arrived to our room.

Incredible location with views of Santorini that are unforgettable. The room was large and had a lot of charm that fit into the landscape. Staff was so personable and friendly. They attended to all our needs.

the view was phenomenal! Unreal how beautiful it was, you could see both ends of the island, and perfect view of the ocean. The breakfast was delicious! enjoyed every meal. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. It exceeded our exceptions.
