Ely House Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at the Ely House Hotel and couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. The manager and all of the staff are clearly passionate about both the hotel and delivering outstanding customer service. From arrival to departure, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The room was excellent, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and provided everything we needed for a great weekend away. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of high-quality food, all freshly prepared and served with a smile. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is warm, friendly, and relaxed, making it easy to unwind and enjoy your stay. We've genuinely found a little gem in Wolverhampton and will certainly be returning in the future. A big thank you to the entire team at Ely House Hotel for making our weekend so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious and scrupulously clean. Very pleasant staff. Excellent hot breakfast (the full English will fill you up until dinner). The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Ample parking, which is extremely welcome in residential neighborhoods.

The duvet was small for 2 people sharing a bed.

Fab location, really great staff, lovely room, really nice breakfast. Quite easy to find and ample parking. Would definitely stay again. Very comfortable room.

Can’t fault anything, interior looked a bit tired maybe in places but it didn’t affect our stay.
