Excellent hotel with great spa facilities situated near Metro and in a great area. Big family room and good breakfast. The 'Off cafe' was my husband's favourite place to hang out.

Extra beds need to be more comfortable. Overall a great weekend stay.

The hotel location is wonderful ,it is near restaurants busses stations ,metro, and others, breakfast is very good , staff and reception is nice and helpful

The location was great - right next to Koleg Metro station with many small shops right outside. The room was huge, very clean and incredibly comfortable.

I felt like I was an inconvenience for the staff. The staff at breakfast did not acknowledge me at all and it was weird. They walked past me and didnt even look at me. My room was not ready until 2.30pm although it stated check in was from 2pm so they asked me to wait in the lobby. After half an hour, I asked if it was going to be ready soon and low and behold, it was. I was sat 10m away from them and I probably would have sat there for another hour before they told me. The lady gave me my room key and said "6th floor"... I then had to ask what time breakfast was etc. It was like they didnt care about me. Upon check out, the guy didnt even ask if I had a good stay and it was like I didn't exist. The staff need an injection of happiness. Everything else was superb, apart from the dull personalities of the staff!

Generally speaking I expected more from a 5 stars hotel. The building is good from outside, rooms are ok but a little old. The bed was very unconfortable, mattress too soft.

My parents had a wonderful stay at the New Park. The staff have gone above and beyond in assuring their comfort. The hotel is walkable distance to many local restaurants, cafes and shopping centers. Will be back!
