Lovely place with friendly helpful staff with well luxurious furniched residence and excellent food and good location

Above and beyond hospitality and management and staff! I didn’t want to leave.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton DIFC Residence and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Dubai, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The service was exceptional from start to finish, with every member of the staff being warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The residence itself reflects amazing standards, with a level of comfort and service that truly makes you feel at home. It felt like a home away from home, and we would happily return again.

Nothing, only suggestion is to renovate the beautiful apartments.

Location. cleanliness.

Waited for almost 4 hours for the room to be ready (check in policy timing is at 3:00pm; we were given the room at 5:00pm). Booked a two bedroom apartment: the bathroom in one of the rooms didn’t have a door which wasn’t convenient nor comfortable. the room had a back side view over one of the restaurants which plays really loud music at night that can be easily heard (we were on the 4th floor and could hear the music/dj clearly).
