The views are really fab ! I could come here again, but with food :)
The facilities need improvement. Even the poor staff understand this but feel helpless as the management is not responsive.
We were surprised why would someone build such a good property and then neglect it. A little mystery!
Their restaurant was not functional and given the location, food delivery was a major problem.
Massage centre was not functional.
No kettle in the room to make a cuppa !

The hotel is in an amazing location, sea front and walking distance to Viña del Mar and Reñaca. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breaksfat is very nice and they deliver to the room. The room is so nice with sea view and bed so confortable.
I think the restaurant need more food choices.
