You can’t beat the incredible views of La Concha Beach from the balconies! We used to live in Oropesa, and really missed the view. Also, although limited, we appreciated the free parking during the busy season. While old and dated, the rooms were clean, the beds in good condition, and the air con worked well. mini-fridge in the rooms. Overall, for a budget- and family-friendly option, it was very good. (Our teen kids had a separate room down the hall, which was nice!) Also, after purchasing bottles of water in a shop, we were surprised to find you can purchase the same in the hotel lobby for a better price!

It’s just dated! Old and tired looking, but clean and at a price we could afford.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Great location, right next to the beach.

The AC smelled a bit funny when I first turned it on. Quite noisy neighbourhood.

Clean sea views and great with animals

The hotel is some what noisy and not from people outside of the hotel but the noise of showers and toilets flushing think they would do well to look into this issues as it was the biggest down fall of the hotel

It was clean and fairly well kept. Microwave and vending machines in the reception.

I stayed in a single room for one night. There was no soundproofing of the room with a lot of noise all night long, especially from the street, but also from the building. The AC was not adjustable, just on/off, so I had to get up every 20 minutes to turn it off. The room layout was awkward and with the French windows without curtains there was little privacy from the street and neighbouring buildings.
