The property was in via del corso, one of the most famous street in Firenze. The apartment was old but very comfortable and makes you feel like living in 1200’. Everything was clean and you can access all the things that you need. The staff was very kind and friendly and made us very good suggestions I totally recommend it.

The street was very noisy even during the night time, since it was very famous and popular.

The apartment is very nice and in tone with the beauty of the city.

We visited in February so it was pretty cold inside, the floor was also cold and the radiators wouldn't work. When prompted about this, the host was unable to handle the situation.

It was in the center. We can walk everywhere.

There was so much stairs and no elevator. Bathroom a bit small. We stayed Room3. There was no balcony.

The photos of 5 apparemment are mixed so you don't know by booking which one you book. We had apparemment number 3 for four people. There was an unpleasant security issue: at a lamp above the childrens bed the cable was broken and fixed handmade with a knot and scotch. My five-year-old girl pulled the cable to adjust the lamp position but one piece of the cable stayed in her hand and she was touching her face accidentally with the rest of the cable that was connected with full power. Nothing happened but I was impressed and I called immediately the caretaker who apologised herself and promised to come the next day to check and repair it but never really came and never said anything about that. There are holes from the bedroom to the courtyard that bring a lot of cold air. The shower has very low pressure and sometimes there is almost no water. It is very difficult to regulate the water. There is an unpleasant smell of burned gas when you use the water. Even if the apartment is meant for four personnes, there are dishees for max. 3 people.

The pictures and description are not clear. The same for all apartments and you don't know how the place would be look like. Be careful. Could be cleaner

The view from the balcony was even more amazing in person. We loved that we could bring the awning down and sit outside when it started to rain. We had so much space for our family of 9.

First of all the location is the best you can imagine,loved it. The property was very nice, the person we interacted with very lovely.

Of course the stairs you have to climb:) this is the most difficult part. You have to prepare yourself for it, but if you already know about them it is something you are prepared to face :) And also as it is an old building of course the bathroom is something that was adapted for, so it is small, the water debit is not so good, but it is all manageable and because of the location I would not change anything:) will come back again for sure

Location is the only great part of this stay. Everything in central Florene is in walking distance. Lots of food, shopping, sightseeing nearby and a really fun area. Even a laundry facility is nearby. IF you young backpackers this is the place for you. If you are a family keep looking. The kitchen was accommodating and a good size.

Where do I begin? 83 steps to the third floor with no elevator and extremely small hallways. Had to haul our larger luggage up with 2 people as there is no room to carry it beside you. NOT WHAT WE RENTED. We got to the apartment it was nothing compared to the photos advertises. WE were told they have a lot of apartments, and they pick one for you. GOOD LUCK!! MY wife could only go down and up once a day. First day checked in about 1pm she stayed in the apartment the rest of the day. The Bathroom is very clean but small (very small) literally one person at a time. With 4 people it was a challenge. There were no views and the windows had very limited daylight. Again, not what we expected at all. The cost sounded great when we booked but not worth the experience.

Excellent location in the hart of Florence. Clean and comfort apartment with everything you might need.

We found it difficult to have a good night rest because of different noises (cars and people screaming until early morning) coming from the street below.

79 steps, no lift, to reach property on upper floors . Not suitable for older people or people with mobility issues. Difficult to locate property. Not easy to contact proprietors who are not regularly on site.

The flat was incredibly well located, right in the centre of the historical centre of Firenze. The flat was clean and spacious with a large bedroom and bathroom. The hosts were very kind and responsive before our arrival.

The flat is quite old and would definitely benefit from a renovation, particularly the kitchen and bathroom. Nevertheless, the cost-benefit was excellent.

We liked the location, and the room was clean. The staff was great.

Although there were 3 AC in the apartment it was still hot.

the address shown on Booking.com is not correct. After arriving, we were requested to go to another place. think about so many luggages and with children, this is not a funny thing. how can we rely on the information on booking.com to reserve the room? we were requested to sign a separate contract to stay in this different address. the city tax must be paid in cash. furthermore there was almost no water in bathroom to take shower. It was explained that the water pressure could be very low during summer. this is another surprise!

a/c did not work well. So sparsely stocked. no basics such as coffee.

Perfect location. Comfortable beds. Very positive an helpful host. She gave us recommendations for places to eat and they were really great.

There were a lot of mosquitoes. My little daughter was bitten all over.
