Great location!
Beds were a little firm for our liking, however after a few days of getting used to, we were able to adjust.

Location of the hotel is fantastic - right at the heart of myeongdong yet clean streets at the doorstep of the hotel, and also very near the namsan park - great workout location after all the eating. Clean and cosy rooms. Everything you need at your doorstep. Stay here if you basically need a clean and convenient place to rest at the end of the day.
Staff were professional; can't fault them. But felt cold and transactional. Could have been great to feel more welcomed. Rooms were basic; didn't have ironing boards (available only at the laundry room).

Super unhelpful staff, small rooms, good beds but small, great shower, awful wifi
