Perfect and spacious house. Attonies was so dedicated when supporting us check in. We highly recommend this accommodation for vacation in Rome.

The property was very clean, comfortable and great location. It’s walking distance everywhere 👍 Also the staff was friendly & helpful.

we didn’t get the room advertised, we paid for a room with a balcony and we didn’t get a room with a balcony, we got the smaller room. there are no full length mirrors, the room in general is run down.

It is beautiful, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The air conditioning worked very well, and the coffee was a treat. It was very professional, and all of the communication with getting the keys with Antonio was great.

We needed a couple of bowls for cereal in the morning.

central location - lovely rooms!

The location is just perfect. There is no traffic noise during the night. You can leave your luggage and come back to collect them after the check-out time. They are flexible and if they can give you the apartment before check in time, they will. Lift. Hot water was boiling - you can almost burn your skin - not sure this is a plus.

The shower has mould and it is very poorly maintained. You won’t know which apartment you will be in until you check-in. Photos are exceptionally too generous compared to what you will receive. I read a few reviews about complementary food/pasta. We didn’t receive it - if that is a standard. Both mattresses were very poor quality, super fluffy. None of us slept too well. I found a cut nail on the floor next to my bed, which made me doubt of the level of cleanness. The bathroom is too small and it had no space where to leave the towels, regardless the fact that there is a little wall niche and they could make it a bit more practical. The shower step is unsafe and probably unsuitable for people with low mobility. At 7.30 am I was woken up by the cleaner, cleaning the adjacent apartment. With a very short notice I was informed of the pos was not working and I was asked to pay cash. When travelling in Europe I have a limit of cash that I can withdraw and I really didn’t appreciate how and when the situation was brought to me.

Absolutely perfect location with all the necessary amenities. Staff was available for any questions and were eager to help with anything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

The mattresses were a little worn, but can be easily fixed with a mattress pad.

the door to the bathroom hides no secrets if you know what I mean…shower has no pressure and short of hot water when it was time for the 3rd person to shower
