Disney's Hollywood Hotel

We have enjoyed our entire experience! It was a great place to be.

More variety of resort activities for children (younger and older) will be great!

So much detail has gone into it, easy to navigate, has everything you need except for a convenience store

No convenience stores nearby, uncomfortable pillows and the pool was just as warm as the days

I enjoyed the breakfast at Ink & Plate and we we had the opportunity to take picture with Goofy. The check in process was simple and staff was welcoming even though it was 12am when I checked in. There was free shuttle bus services to disneyland and the walk to the park was very straightforward. Highly recommend if you want to visit Disneyland. Just note that there is isn't a fitness center within this hotel, but I took a morning run to Disneyland and it was very therapeutic.

I ended my day at Disneyland and took the shuttle bus back with my tired son, who was completely drained and had fallen asleep. I was carrying a sleeping 6-year-old, a backpack, a bag of Disneyland toys, and managing a stroller. When I boarded the bus, I had to singlehandedly lift the stroller into the luggage compartment while carrying my sleeping child. When we arrived, I was the last passenger to alight. My son was still asleep in my arms, and the stroller was the only remaining item in the luggage compartment. I had to carry my son off the bus first, then squat down to retrieve the stroller while still managing all our belongings. What was particularly disappointing was that the bus driver was standing barely two metres away from me and could clearly see that I was carrying a sleeping child while trying to manage the bags and stroller. Yet, no assistance was offered, and I had to manage everything on my own. I’m not demanding that anyone help, and I understand that assistance may not always be possible. However, in a situation like this, I would really appreciate a little more awareness and initiative from the staff. Even a simple offer to help with the stroller would have made a big difference, especially when it was clear that I was struggling to manage everything with a sleeping child in my arms.

Location is good for Disneyland lovers. Free shuttle bus directly to Disneyland and you can enjoy a faster entry as per your room card.

Location is probably the only good part for this hotel I'd say. This hotel doesn't provide even a vending machine and there's no 7-11 nearby, meaning, you have to buy all your snacks or drinks from the hotel with a super high cost. It's not a dreamland, but more like a robbery.
