Location is far away from Patong

The pools, rooms, cafe and the staff were all fantastic! We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The location is not really walkable to very much, but that was all.

great place to stay we booked for 3 weeks enjoyed our stay so much booked another week you do need transport 7-11 a couple of mins up the road on moped 12 mins to the nearest beach which is lovely nice restaurants within 5 mins on moped . all staff super friendly very clean apartments comfortable beds modern exactly, as the pictures

Lovely staff and helpful. Nice big pool,quiet place that what we need. Easy excess and plenty of car park. Breakfast a bit boring but not to far too get the street food and night market. A lots of Mosquito we have to ask the girls at reception for few times to spray our room.

Nicely laid out condo building with spacious flats. Good balcony in the shade. Nice pool and gym facilities.

The building is only 4 years old, but struggling with poor maintenance. This was especially a problem for the ac units that were both noisy and inefficient. The same went for the washing machine that made all our clothes smell mouldy. Poor lighting in bathroom, so don't try to shave.

Architecturally the hotel was of modern design but the bedroom was small in size prevented ease of movement and inability to utilise storage facility effectively. The provision of pools centrally located with the Hotel complex was a bonus but encroaching tropical trees was cutting out sunlight for sunbathing purposes.

The internal decor of the apartment and indeed the whole of the hotel was consistently dark grey which made the rooms dark requiring consistent use of the many different types of lighting necessitating many light switches. Due to its location some distance from local restaurants, the lack of a restaurant facility to serve evening meals was a drawback. One had to either order the delivery of takeaway meals or utilise the use of a car or taxi to visit a restaurant for evening meals.

Extremely comfortable, well designed, clean and has everything you need.

Slow process of check in and check out. Staff could be more efficient.

Very nice stuff!

Small rooms, no phone in the room, so you can’t call to Reciption. The rooms are very dark with no lights. A lot of mosquitos, much more than in previous hotels. No bar in the pool, no music. No smoking area.

excellent facilities and a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. upgraded accommodation to a private villa with a private pool.

when upgraded to the private villa wasn’t able to use the main hotel’s facilities other than the restaurant

The rooms are excellent for families. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to be able to cook.

The property provided all needed for stay. But maybe because of COVID-19 they cut off some amenities. However, the price for stay is so cheap when comparing with normal period.

The girls at reception made our stay ! They were so accommodating and made our little weekend getaway that extra special ! Thank you so much Fon. Can’t wait to stay here again

Awesome bed and couch. Easy access to pool and gym. Breakfast average buffet, better than some....but not great.

More regular courtesy bus runs to beach than 1 per day. Some other options on breakfast like omlette or eggs done on order would have made a nice addition to the cold offerings.
