Pool view was fantastic. Very modern interior and very nice bathroom. Service and staff were great. Nice open lobby

Breakfast area was cramped, food selection was very standard.

The room was so clean and I enjoyed my stay.

Can’t place my head around anything

Very nice hotel. Even though this is a 5-star hotel, there are a few things I would like to mention. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. In some hotels, you can see little marks or signs that the rooms have not been properly maintained, but that was definitely not the case here. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of. The toilet was a big plus, by the way! The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I have to say, this was definitely the highlight of our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcome. The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere, and spending time by the pool was definitely not a punishment. It was actually one of my favourite parts of the stay.

I do have a couple of remarks. The menu, both food and drinks, was overall quite expensive compared to what you would expect from other 5 star hotels. I tried the Thai street food 1 for 1 option. The food itself was delicious, but the way it was presented was quite different from what I expected based on the menu. In the end, we often chose to eat outside the hotel because we could get similar food for a much better price elsewhere. The pool is nice and relaxing, but it could definitely use a little more maintenance and cleaning around the sides. Despite these points, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Cleanliness and friendly service are very important to us, and this hotel definitely delivered on both. Overall, I would definitely give it a 9/10!

Schöne Anlage.

Preis-Leistung stimmt für mich überhaupt nicht. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Blick an die Hauswand. Personal ist sehr ungeschult und das Hotel schlecht geführt. Um 5.45 Uhr morgens stand plötzlich ein Angestellter in meinem dunkeln Hotelzimmer und fragte ob ich auschecken wolle.
