the breakfast was exceptional and the location was ideal close to local shops and facilities

The location is good close to the beach a little walk away from Protaras' restaurants. The car is easy to park on own yard. The personnel were kind in their advices and very proactive - even brought us more adapters to get electricity for several electric devices and they adviced well in different appliances as water heater and satellite TV. There were hundreds of TV Channels and we watched also channels from home country.

The doors were a bit jammed. More keys than one would be ideal if more people stay together in this house, but we didn't ask for them during the stay and don't know if it is an option.

The first thing was that the villa was spotlessly clean, there was plenty of bed linen and towels and everything worked as it should (air con, shower etc.)

The swimming pool would not be good for children it starts At 0.9 metres then drops rapidly to 2metres on a slippery slop no step access at the shallow end and the pictures on the sight did not show the four story hotel 2 metres from the property

The house was very close to the beach, 3 minutes walking distance. It was very roomy and comfortable for 7 people (4 adults, 3 kids). Pool was good size, barbecue, outside sitting area, WiFi. House was clean and the hosts communicated well and even brought us an additional appliance once requested. Kitchen had 2 fridges which was convenient.

The house is adjacent to a hotel (we did not mind as it was not operational this year) but there's a wall that blocks the sun in the afternoon. Again we did not mind as we had shade in the pool. Also, the people in the house next door-who apparently is privately owned-were being very loud during our entire trip. We have small children so did not care too much but if you are looking for a quiet holiday maybe you should take this into account.

Well equipped. Nice location. Loved private bay at bottom of path. Waffle House open till 10 round the corner and 24hr shop up the road. Clean & tidy.

We went in August and sun disappeared for us at 3.50. The people next door who obviously own the house let there youngest constantly scream high pitched. It was more than children just playing and enjoying themselves. The neighbour other side also complained that the screaming was constant. We did not have our pool cleaned for two weeks. I would definitely recommend this villa just need to be aware of couple of things
