good location, good size beautiful apartment with terrace. quite neighborhood.

The first night here we discovered a cockroach in the bedroom. The host didn't help us in any way so we left because we weren't sure if there are only one or more. We've sent her a video but she didn't compensate us in any way and stopped responding after few messages. Everything in the apartment looked much older than in photos here. In conclusion - don't recommend.

Good size flat, bathroom and kitchen facilities are good. The flat nice decorated, very short distance to the bus stop and local shops. You can go to Lisbon central with one bus in 20 minutes, the cost is only 2 Euro. 20 Minutes to airport with taxi.

When we arrived no one was there and after 10 minutes the cleaner came to clean the flat (7pm) in the same time I had a phone call from the owner. It was a typical Air B&B problem, the owner told me they had a cleaner problem, also I need to pick the keys up from next door shop. I told I arrived with a little child and we went there for my mother in law funeral, It didn't start as I was expecting. She told me go somewhere to wait while the cleaner cleaned the flat. After 1 hour we had a text, the flat is ready, fairly Cazuna paid for the dinner to apologize. Of course, the flat wasn't that clean everywhere was cobweb, also the flat was smelling damp, actually this is a very common problem in Lisbon flats, but I couldn't use any cupboard or draw to store my clothes. By the way the flat is very dark not any sun is coming, you have to use the lights on all the time and when you open the windows with the light all the flies come in. The shutter on the window is faulty and lots of lights don't work. I can't recommend this place the anyone else.

Nothing to like

Very difficult communication with the owner. It is true we initially communicated that we would arrive around 9PM, but we changed our plans and tried to reach the owner in order to check in at around 6-7PM. It was impossible. I tried whatsapp, booking messanger, mail... we had an incident during the night, there was water pouring from the AC unit and we spent the rest of the night cleaning the floor. Our things in a suitcase left right under the AC unit were all wet and unusable. Following this incident, we left the next morning (our reservation was for 3 nights, we spent only the first night there). The owner did not agree to reimbourse us the remaining 2 nights. I did the write-off, but our holiday was more important than arguing with the owner. Sleeping without AC was impossible, it was extermely hot during that period. The windows of the apartment are inside a small inner courtyard, not to the outside. Moisture all around the place for this reason. The pictures of the apart do not clearly show this, for me it was annoying.
