Michael was a great host! We had a great time! The house is in a great location and close to whatever we needed or wanted to do. We will be back next year!

The property was immaculately clean, beds comfortable, and kitchen well stocked with anything you could think of. Enjoyed our stay!

The house was perfect for what we needed. We loved the pool and patio. The house is in a nice location so we could beach hop. We drove to Fort Meyers, Barefoot Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We were fortunate to see a pod of dolphins in the chanel in the back of the house, one of the highlights of our trip! Suggestions for the owners: I understand not wanting to provide all 'necessities' but it would be nice to have full hand soap in the bathrooms and some cleaning supplies to wipe down the table and counters after meals. There was no laundry detergent but check out requirements were to wash pool/beach towels and start sheets before leaving. Hopefully the next guests will be able to use the bottle of laundry detergent we purchased and you consider having some in the home. Those items (soap, cleaner, detergent) wouldn't be consumed by the renter in a weeks time so it would be nice if they were provided instead of requiring every renter to purchase their own.

Home is immaculate, nice location, hosts are very accommodating, everything went smoothly, recommend highly
