Fantastic location. Beautiful property. Peaceful. Staff was exceptional with customer service. First time in Kanazawa but will come back and stay longer in the future.
Breakfast understaffed but there are many options in walking distance.

Staff, location and rooms were very good
They are too occidental, breakfast wasn’t as good as in other places we stayed this trip

The location, the room is spacious and clean, the Free Shuttle Service to and from the Train Station and the courtesy of the Staff
I hope there is an International News channel on TV (in English)

We loved this hotel within walking distance from the lovely central shopping street. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent.
Nothing we didn't like.
