We really enjoyed our stay at the Sonrisa condo. The views were amazing and the ability to walk to the beach just steps away... we couldn't have asked for a better Christmas vacation. We enjoyed walking the beach every morning and even found some sand dollars! We rode the ferry to Shell Key Preserve which we 100% recommend. We chartered a fishing trip for 2 of us with Mow Fishing and the charter left Belleair Causeway, so very close. Largo does a light display in their city park over Christmas and it was great! Shopping at Publix was close and we had what we needed to cook meals every day. So many fun things to do and the perfect condo as the homebase! We would love to come back again for a repeat visit!

My extended family enjoyed a wonderful week at Sonrisa. The weather and location were perfect. The home suited our group and the close access to the beach made every day special. We appreciated the responsiveness of our hosts and the well appointed space. There were more stairs than we anticipated and mention it here only in case anyone has mobility challenges. Bellair Beach was a great spot and this home made for a great vacation. Thanks again!

Just an amazing place. Just as advertised. Condo was well equipped for pool and beach. The beach is just spectacular... and full of life. Crystal clear water... we saw fish, dolphin, and manatees swimming by. Everymight was a million $ sunset! Thanks to Christi for her super fast responses and eagerness to help.

Love Sonrisa 3rd time staying there., sonrisa 10 was very nice only complaint someone programmed the upstairs thermostat to go to 89 on Tuesday.. we figured it out and cleared the schedule but still got up to 82 in upstairs bedroom regardless of what thermostat was set on..

Everything about this condo was perfect - from the location, the beachside views, and all the amenities. The hosts have provided everything from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and umbrellas, beach toys and a Pack and Play for the younger set, and even movies, books, games and information on anything you would like to know about the area! Beds were great, complex is quiet, and our hosts were wonderful about communication. We will be back!!!

We had a wonderful week during our stay in Bellaire Beach. It was quiet and had all the amenities that you and your family would need. All you need to bring with you is your family. Everything else is provided for you (beach towels, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, floats, sand castle building materials). We enjoyed seeing the sea life swim by as well (dolphins, manatees, rays, small nurse sharks, schools of fish, live sand dollars). It truly was a wonderful experience!

This unit never disappoints. It has amazing beach views, close to shops and restaurants but far enough from Clearwater that it feels like we’re no where near high rises and crowds, it is accommodating for our large group, and it is stocked with everything we need. I honestly hate to leave every year!

Owner has thought of everything to include box fans (has ceiling fans too) & smart tvs in den and each bedroom, beach chairs x 6, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. We used and appreciated every single detail of this unit. Pool and ocean front beach right out your door!! Picture perfect sunsets every night from your private balcony off the master bedroom! Keyless/personalized keypad entry - so no fetching keys. Owner extremely responsive! We will definitely stay here again if available!! Stay here to enjoy heaven on earth on your vacation!! And be sure to ask owner before wagging extras down since I’m pretty certain they have already stocked it (hair dryer, pack-n-play, lots of beach towels, etc). We had an incredible week & thank Christi & family for sharing this gem!!

We have stayed in both Indian Shores and Madeira properties, but will stay at Belleair in the future. Sonrisa is a Great property. The pool is well maintained and the Beach is as close as it gets. Owner was excellent communicator, property was clean, roomy, comfortable, and well stocked with beach chairs and essentials. Plenty of parking. Sonrisa 6 is gem!!

Belleair = Beautiful!
We loved the Belleair location! Very quiet and uncrowded and the properties are beautiful and 3 stories or less! We have stayed in both Indian Shores and Madeira properties, but will stay at Belleair in the future. Sonrisa is a Great property. The pool is well maintained and the Beach is as close as it gets. The condo has a great layout (as advertised and then some) and is located right on beautiful Belleair Beach. We've been coming to this beach for a few decades off and on and this condo is exactly what we wanted for a family gathering. The pool and environs are also maintained very well and we loved the top balcony view (from the master bedroom upstairs). Despite the red tide arrival our last few days, we still were able to enjoy the property without a hitch. Christi was very responsive and a great host! Overall, A+ and we hope to return sooner than later. Thanks Christi!

Only half of the building was rented out the week we were there so the pool and beach were very private. The condo had everything we needed for a group of six. The only negative is I wish there was a closer place to shop for groceries and a restaurant or two within walking distance. But the short drive was not bad. Would rent again for a week of relaxation!

Simply put everything about this property was perfect. It exceeded all expectations. The property was clean, well equipped, very quiet, and perfectly located with tremendous views and minimal people. Easy short drive north to Clearwater for entertainment and south to Indian Rocks for restraurants. The owners were very responsive and accommodating.
