The apartment itself was clean and beautiful

The rooms, friendly staff, cleanliness.
The location was very close to a hospital and the major station was the same. The location is okay. The swimming pool is actually smaller than it appears in pictures.

Great location for the Metro, first timers and we managed it, it was clean, staff were friendly, housekeeping came daily!
Nothing

Staff were friendly and location is great ( just right by the metro station) and is located in a very nice area.
Maintenance: There was an issue with the toilet, as the flushing mechanism was not working. Unfortunately, there was no maintenance staff on site, and we had to wait until the following day for it to be addressed, which was quite inconvenient.
Noise from neighboring units also disturbed our sleep during the stay.
Additionally, our bathroom had a direct view of the housekeeping closet, which felt somewhat unusual. The main view from the unit overlooked the back of the building and was not particularly pleasant, although it was at least very quiet.
The twin beds were also quite small.
