Room was excellent , sapacious , and bathroom is nice.
Breakfast can be more innovative , with hot menu . food served ware mostly cold and not much choice of palates .

The Staff are very well-informed, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. Their recommendations for dining out were excellent.
The cooked breakfast was poor. The jams were tasteless.

Reception area and bar were great
Bed was comfortable
Great location for eating out and exploring a near to a metro station (hospital clinic)
The air conditioning unit in the room was very loud and had switch it off the the room was too hot.
The bathroom was a little old and tired. Wooden surface peeling and shower curtain (water went everywhere)
Breakfast was limited and pancakes were cold.

Room was nice and front desk staff was overall friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a large selection and was very good quality.
One front desk person was very rude, ignored me while I was standing in line, did not arrange for a taxi to pick us up for ride to airport and the hotel did not provide a wake/up call as requested from him. One person caused my rating to drop by several points. It was not just being rude but the combination of his treatment and failure to do basic things, seemingly on purpose.
