Nice hotel with character and great facilities. We didn't use the spa or pool, but the bar and lounge are very nice. Staff was OUTSTANDING.....very helpful and friendly.
Parking! There is a free municipal parking lot close by which was great, except you cannot enter after 9pm. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Maybe there was a sign, but we don't know Catalan. So, we got back from dinner after 9pm and were locked out. No parking on the street, so went to front desk and was offered parking in hotel garage which was very reasonable at 7.5 euro. The garage is below the hotel, and the single lane entrance is easy access however there are some very narrow and tight turns to navigate plus very narrow parking places. We didn't have a really large car, but it was very stressful for me getting in and out of the garage. In some of the turns I had less that 10-12 inches of clearance on either side. Fortunately, our car had the camera sensors, so we knew exactly how much clearance we had. Still very tight getting in and out. When we left, my wife stood at the entrance to make sure no one tried driving in while I was trying to get out since it would have been a nightmare to back down in such a narrow space.

Great breakfast with amazing croissants. The staff at the reception and the bar were super friendly and welcoming. We were given three room options when arriving which we really appreciated. The room was always clean and very comfortable.
Overall very quiet in the hotel. Easy road access and free parking nearby in August.
The spa has such a great design and when you go at the right time, you can enjoy it on your own. Would be awesome if at least one hour was included in the price.
There was a nice coffee machine during breakfast but the coffee had too much water and was not warm enough. Same for the milk.
The beverages at the bar tasted great.
The additional 15€ per night for our small dog adds up very quickly and there was no extra bed, bowl or similar for her.

The staff were excellent - really friendy, kind and welcoming. Everyone had a warm smile and I quickly felt at home. The location is also great, being situated very close to the pistes.
My room - the garden suite - was simply too hot. I think this was due to the fact that the hotel's spa is situated directly above the garden suite. And by directly above, I mean on the floor above the garden suite. The spa's balcony area is directly above the lounge area of the suite.
I came to Andorra to escape the summer heat and it's very uncomfortable having such a hot room that needed 4 fans on permanently and the windows open all the time. Maybe that might be nice in winter, but in summer it's really not.
The room also smelled of bleach/chlorine, which I assume was from the spa above.
The layout of the suite itself is ugly and doesn't really work, but that was the least of my concerns.
Finally, the garden needs some serious attention. During the renovation work that was taking place during my stay, it was, quite literally, a building site, with scaffolding, planks and cement mixers in view. I get that, and can live with it, but the rest of the garden was just weeds and clearly hadn't had any attention all summer. There were some nasty nettles near the slope to the suite's patio windows and they were vicious when you caught them!
There was also some water ingress during a period of heavy rain, which softened the plaster board above the patio doors, leading the curtain and net rails to come out of the ceiling.
All in all, not a nice room room and I definitely would not stay in that room again.

"Very quiet in the off season, which we liked, but staff remained available and very attentive. A hotel with character and an amazing spa."
