Absolutely nothing

Excellent location, interesting interior, a good and varied breakfast, and very friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, although it felt as if not much had changed since I last stayed at this hotel about 15 years ago.

The room was a little chilly. Even after setting the air conditioning to the maximum temperature, it didn’t get much warmer. There was a portable heater in the room, so I probably should have used it.

Location was excellent. Just off main square, only a 1 minute walk. Lovely, clean, modern hotel. I would highly recommend staying here.

I liked everything. The only thing I would have liked would be breakfast starting at 7am on Saturday instead of 8am as I wanted a really early start, but it’s not a big deal.

The staff at the front desk were helpful, and the cleaning personnel were nice. The location is right in the center of old town.

The WiFi doesn’t work at all, it’s so slow there’s no point in trying to open anything on your phone. The breakfast was disappointing with food that seems to have laid out since the day/days before, stale mini croissants and bacon that looks like it’s boiled instead of fried. The restaurant on the roof is very pretty, but the waiters shouldn’t be working with people at all. We walked in and no one greeted us, we stood there for a while waiting for a seat making eye contact with the servers, no one said anything and they just walked past us 3 times, but they did seat the man in front of us.. I had to ask if it’s ok to sit down, and the older lady there kinda just pointed to a table with a grumpy look, how very customer service oriented :) we didn’t feel welcome at all, once we got our steaks I asked if we could get a little extra sauce on the side, which was just immediately shut down, that has never happened at any restaurant before. Definitely would not recommend for tourists, the food wasn’t worth the price anyway, but with better service we probably would’ve come back a few more times to try some other dishes, we didn’t.
