Value for money for the stay. Friendly staff from the concierge to lobby up till housekeeping.
Convenience of location as it is close to Ladies Market (800m or 10 mins walk), convenient store and cha chan teng down the corner of the hotel, decent walking distance to metro Yaumatei and Mongkok station (less than 1km).
Location may not be elderly friendly if 1km walk is a stretch, but bus station is just down the corner and taxi is available everywhere.

It’s very central and close to every you need for your stay.
It’s aging badly. The restaurant facility is no more.

Good location but all the facilities quite old
They’re not cleaning the room every day except you requested and only change towels and clean rubbish only
