Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast in a very pleasant dining room. Only a short walk to supermarket and to the sea, with a marina and beaches.
Decor was overall a bit tired, and the hotel has a feel of being past its best days. And although it describes itself a as a hotel/restaurant it only serves breakfast - but there are plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance

Arriving by car there's plenty of parking in front of the hotel. Although outside of central Zadar (about 40 minutes walk), there are sufficient amenities near by, including plenty of bars and places to eat. The staff are very friendly and great to chat to and although the hotel would benefit from a makeover (it's a little tired), it's clean, spacious (my room had a large balcony/terrace even) and very good value. The breakfast was superb too.

Located outside centre in a quiet area with its own parking. On the whole decent. The supermarket next day was a plus

We liked the location, the hotel is really close to some good beaches, we also liked the breakfast and the garden where we had breakfast, the staff were really nice and kind.
The room was clean and functional, but a bit small. It could benefit from a more modern design, and the walls would look better with a fresh coat of paint. Overall, the stay was pleasant.
