Holiday Inn Express Aberdeen City Centre by IHG

This hotel is in a great location. Lovely welcome and friendly staff. The bathroom could see a little updating, but totally usable and clean. The shower gels, soaps and tea/coffee facilities were well stocked. Quiet room and excellent breakfast.

The bathroom was a little outdated.

The environment was clean and staff were very friendly.

Loved the location with having kids with me , room was cosy and everything we needed

I had to go down to reception at 1.15 in the morning due to what sounded like an industrial washing machine or tumble dryer constantly loud above our room !! Gentleman in reception said he would come upto room when he had another staff member to cover him this did not happen made a very restless night for myself and my son lucky my daughter who has special needs finally nodded off , I was offered no room swap at all I spoke in checking out next day and again told another gentleman on reception we did not enjoy our stay due to this !! I can not fault the food cleanliness or other staff also I did see a gentleman getting shown the computer screen at reception not sure why but don’t think other guests should see this
