Location! Location! Location! This is the best location for shopping and activities.I also enjoyed the attendants getting our luggage to and from the room. They provide a lot of potable water in your room. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. The staff are genuinely very nice.

We scuba and it was very limited in hanging any swim suits or gear up to dry. The fridge didn't really keep anything cold. The shower hot water was intermittent. A few extra towels and a rug to wipe the sand off of our feet before entering the room or a broom would've been nice. Breakfast that's included is minimal and the wait staff is on island time. Very nice staff! But my breakfast orders are often wrong and the service is slow.

first room had a bit of a musty smell - extended stay and had to move to another room which did not have a musty smell.

lovely location, amenities, and view. A big comfy bed, hot shower, great plumbing. The pool was lovely.

Only two bath towels were provided.

- The location is great, right at the beach. Unfortunately the beach in front of the hotel is just the parking place for boats, but its just a few steps to the beach entrance of the next hotel. - The pool is really nice - Parking right next to the bungalow

- Its a very busy beach with lots of day tourists, the beach itself is quite full.

Close to the beach, good pool area. Beach well taken care of, Manuel in reception and some staff super lovely. comfortable beds. Beautiful sunrises on the beach. there’s an incredible Italian restaurant next door (however expensive, 2 drinks each and one risotto £100), a good seafood restaurant close by.

We felt quite unwelcome and like the staff was punishing us for something. Coming from the hospitality industry I am always conscious to treat service staff well and tip, however this did not seem to matter. Felt sad that I never learnt why they were so frustrated with us. Were yelled by a staff member for sitting down in the beach area where the football was shown (even though his colleague had said we could watch it there). Got yelled at infront of a full restaurant by a morning staff member off for ordering a coffee that was $10 pesos more expensive than what was included, even though I apologised and obviously paid the difference . Got accused for lying about how many orange juices we had for breakfast (shortly after a colleague came and calmed him down and explained how many we had). Bungaloo was ok, but very dark and not “on the beach” as described. A bit disappointing but we made due. Generally it was very expensive, value for money low. Coming from London it’s not unusual to pay £10+ for a drink, but was surprised by these prices when the quality and service was not good. The breakfast included consisted of burnt bread (some stale some just crunchy) and some fruit - so expect to pay £10-20 extra for their other breakfast menu (super tasty eggs, great coffee). We made the best out of the situation, took day trips and chilled by the busy beach. Had good company and the weather was nice, so am happy - but wouldn’t visit this hotel again.

this was our third time to the property. the pool, beach access, and rooms are all excellent. Free secured parking. Staff are kind and helpful. This is a great hotel to spend you first and last nights if you are flying out of Cancun (and renting a car).

they dont have reception or help after 10 pm, the toilet flush wasn’t working and i got sick middle of the night and vomitted and had diarrhea multiple times and the toilet was just accumulating all of it since it wasnt flushing and it was disgusting. they need night stuff to help with these emergencias, they should have checked the toilet flush was working before giving us the room

This place is a gem! My second time here. Great location to NOT be in Cancun :) Excellent staff. Peaceful. Amazing beach. Great snorkeling. I'll be back.

Only thing that bothered me was when I asked two different people at the front desk about a ride to airport they gave me a very different rate. Just because I'm traveling solo, American female doesn't mean I don't know when I'm trying to be taken advantage of.

It was nice to have breakfast available at the restaurant at the beach. The continental breakfast (included) was fresh and simple.

The breakfast menu seemed nice, but in actuality much of the food was a bit bland. And when we asked for hot sauce we were charged 30pesos.... This seemed a little odd.

It was less than 75 feet from the water, yet far enough removed from the noise of the other vacationers.

The staircases need some kind of handrails.
