Great breakfast. We chose it for its location and it was handy for the town centre

Karen was lovely- gave us lots of advice about the town and things to do etc. The breakfasts were amazing

The room was quite hot at night and there was no way of putting the heat pump on cooling mode

Really, really hard to beat. Lots of nice touches you notice if you've stayed in a few hotel rooms. Firstly .....it's got hooks on the wall for jackets and towels etc. And they work! Lovely bathroom area. And none of those over-complicated tap systems that leave you wondering which way hot is. A kettle and plenty of drink sachets plus lots of little milk containers not just the usual one or two. Little chocolates and biscuits too. Plenty of loo rolls and a couple of boxes of tissues. Even a drawer of "spare toiletries" in case youve forgotten a toothbrush or toothpaste or even q-tips. Very welcoming indeed. Bed very comfortable. Power boards with USB chargers on bed side tables - hallelujah to that. And bed side lights with easy to reach switches so you're not searching for them in the dark. Reverse cycle air conditioning that works well. Good size TV, not the usual 60" set in a 32" room. A pleasant balcony and some truly wondrous local birds to listen too. Location is terrific too. 10 minutes easy walk to Menin Gate. Same to train station. About half that to the Cloth Hall. Continental breakfast is excellent in a very pleasant room. You can pay a lot more in Ypres but I doubt you'd improve on Juliette's.

Very convenient in location. Only a short 5 minute walk into the town square. Added bonus of free parking. Our room consisted of a double and twin room plus private lounge and bathroom. Our host was knowledgeable of the many attractions locally and was extremely hospitable. Delightful continental breakfast included. Lovely coffee. We highly recommend and will definitely revisit
