St-Georges IV

Incredible restoration of beautiful city home. Painstaking renovation was perfect and an amazing place to stay in the heart of Leper(Ypres). Veerle was an incredible host and offers an amazing breakfast with homemade bread. She is an amazing host who offers a lovely experience. Elevator makes it accessible and incredible taste makes it feel like home, all in the heart of the city. For me, this is the only place to stay in Leper! Perfect stay.

Perfect! I felt like an esteemed family member coming home for a visit.

Fantastic location, excellent host. Very comfortable. Very high standard. We know where to stay if we visit Ypres again.

Everything! The location is absolutely amazing, the owner is very welcoming, breakfast was lovely, room bright, light and spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable

I stayed at St-Georges IV for two nights with my mother, and we could not have had a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt like truly honoured guests. Our host, Veerle, went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. She could not do enough to ensure we were comfortable, well looked after, and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated throughout, with comfortable, well-appointed rooms that made for a relaxing stay. Having an on-site lift made moving around effortless, and secure parking right on site was a huge convenience. Breakfast each morning was absolutely wonderful—fresh, delicious, and the perfect start to a day of exploring. Veerle and the other guests even sang happy birthday to me on Sunday morning and I was treated to sparking wine. Wonderful. The location is ideal. Tucked away just behind the Cloth Hall, it is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, yet you can walk out the door and be in the main square in less than five minutes. I cannot recommend St-Georges IV highly enough. Thank you, Veerle, for making our trip so memorable!

It was perfect.
