A great B&B with excellent in room breakfast facilities and well decorated.

Bed was a bit creaky.

Staff were really friendly and happy to help. Room was spacious with a nice cosy feel, and a great size bathroom too.

No vegan breakfast options available - breakfast is continental and already in the room when you arrive - great options, but not so great if you have particular dietary restrictions.

When you arrive at the location, in between all the streets full of houses, you think it's a bit out of place and not very inviting as a hotel, just a standard pub but once you open the door and go inside it's stunning. Definitely a "don't judge a book by its cover" type of place. Lovely staff, great selection of drinks, gorgeous interior design and the high ceilings make it really open. The room was through a door at the side of the pub and again, we didn't know what to expect but once we got in the room we were so impressed. Everything we needed was clearly available, the breakfast was cute, the interior design was chic, contemporary and bright. Everything was clean and the mirrors made the place look bigger too. It was overall a very gorgeous place to stay the night and great value for money! Definitely Norwich's "hidden gem" and we look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our stay the room was clean, comfortable. The little added touches were so cute, continental breakfast basket. The furniture was chic and tasteful. The bathroom was light, spacious, large shower.

Sadly one of our two bottles of water in the fridge was half drank with lipstick on the bottle, simple human error though so we weren’t mad. The windows don’t appears to lock at all, which was a little unnerving, although rare you can never take too many chances with opportunistic criminals.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Norwich - the room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, the staff were so helpful & friendly & the pub offered one of the best selections of food & drink we've had in ages. If you stay here, definitely book a table for food, it's next level!

Very clean and comfortable

Well-appointed room, friendly staff, breakfast, great location, parking on site, lovely pub downstairs.

My wife found the bed a bit lumpy (although my side was very comfortable) and the shower flow was a little temperamental. These were minor issues though that didn't cause a problem during our short stay.

The fridge was pretty loud at night. Other than that everything was great.

I really liked the little mini breakfast hamper - it was perfect for munching before the actual main breakfast in the city center. The bed was really comfy and the space was good too.

The shower did lose pressure in the late afternoon/evening and came out as a drizzle at one stage.

The continental breakfast was very good, and well stocked. The pub is ideally located for a stroll into the city.

Room was warm, comfortable and well equipped. Loved the breakfast hamper. Double shower with towels and toiletries provided. A nice walk into the Cathedral quarter.

We were very happy with the service provided and have no complaints.

ideal location for visiting family in Norwich. lovely decor in the room. we had everything we needed.

The shower didn’t work properly, but the staff moved us to a different room on the second day. They were very friendly and accommodating. They also changed our day of stay due to the storm.
