Mantiene una limpieza constante de las instalaciones del hotel, la piscina limpia, ofrecen servicio de limpieza y cambio de paños de la habitación, cuenta con aire acondicionado en buenas condiciones que no te interrumpe el sueño, el personal femenino muy atento y cordial, especialmente Dilana, me gustó que en el lobby cuenten con una estación de café y te -podrían ofrecer bocadillos-

Que en la planta alta solo tengan una hamaca 😅 teníamos que turnarnos y que no tengan libros en español 😅

Excelente servicio por parte de todo el personal. Muy buena ubicación, facilidad de moverse sin necesidad de salir en carro.

Das Zimmer war (auch für 3 Leute) schön geräumig und gemütlich, mit Esstisch und Balkon. Die Betten waren gemütlich und trotz Lage an der Straße konnte ich gut schlafen. Die Lage ist ideal, am Ende des „belebten“ Teils von Puerto Viejo. Der Gemeinschafts-Terrassenbereich ist großartig. Der Preis war unschlagbar.

Am Pool sind keine Liegen. Außer man hat ein Zimmer direkt zum Pool, hat man keine Möglichkeit sich dort aufzuhalten.

The facilities are great and the staff was all very kind. We had to book last minute because our original accommodation had an 8 pm check-in dead line. We were coming from San Jose and there were a few accidents on the way creating a major delay. Lizard King's staff were really nice and assured us that they would process part of our check in if we didn't make it by 11 pm and would leave the Key with the security guard. Apparently it is common for hotels in this area to have early check-ins without an emergency plan on checkin guests past that time. The ambiance and decor is comfortable and the pool was very clean. The breakfast was included. They had a few options and it was really tasty.

in the room there was a strong smell coming up from the drain in the toilet, and the swimming pool didn’t seem clean

Location good, central (noisy but we wanted to stay close to center), room and bathroom very comfortable! Personal very nice.

Really sorry but have to mention that at least one person at the front desk should speak a little bit of English. We got our laundry back too late and not folded what we paid for. First time I got such bad laundry package back. See foto.
