Most staff were extremely kind/welcoming

Photos look nothing like the property now. Extremely outdated and needs to be updated on booking.com ASAP. The floor boards around the pool are broken, as are the tiles - it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen and is extremely dangerous. Staff had no urgency to attend to urgent matters such as our aircon breaking or obnoxious people yelling in the hallways at 1am in the morning - waking up more than 10 people. While this was an affordable stay, it was not as we expected and will never stay here again. Again, photos on booking.com are extremely old, and the hotel is now very very VERY run down.

Lift was broken, breakfast was not as good as our previous stay. Changed to a ground floor room but was so much outside noise for most of the night

Great location in the heart of Legian. Staff were great, helpful and friendly. Great value for money.

Clearly COVID has had an impact on this and probably most hotels, with maintenance needed in some areas around the pool. The lift was out of action during our stay, which wasn’t a problem for us being on the second floor, but perhaps a heads up in case it was a problem for those with mobility difficulties would be good.

Bed sheets were dirty and had holes all over them, the rooftop pool wasn’t in use and lifts broken.

Excelent location, walk distance to the beach, there is a grocery shop for the convenience. A lot restaurant around. Nice pool and a beautiful view.

We loved the location. Rooms were clean and comfortable and refreshed daily. All staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. We stayed 6 nights and was excellent value for money. We would definitely choose to stay here again, and will recommend to friends.

There's not much to dislike. The breakfast however was not too good. Not much of a selection but plenty of restaurants and cafes close by to choose from for a meal. Also would be handy if there was 2 room keys instead of just 1

the staff were absolutely lovely, the location was perfect.

the overall building was very run down. the room smelt like mould. most of the facilities (pool bar, one elevator only operational and breakfast buffet not up and running). the wooden floor boards on the pool deck splintered our feet and the pool tiles were peeling off.
