The location was excellent. I had a room towards the back of the hotel which was great as it was away from the hustle and bustle street noise of Kuta Beach and the bar area which had a great band.

The beds were too firm for my liking and breakfast was OK.

Location, size of room, layout of room and hotel. Plenty of eateries around.

There was a large group or convention of some sort and our rooms were in the middle of all the convention goers. They were very noisy outside of the rooms and we rang reception 2 times to ask them to tell them to be quiet with no results. We had booked months ago and I would have thought they would put us away from them all with other guests that were not part of the convention. We were very disappointed with how noisy the rooms above as well as you could hear chairs scraping the floors above. On top of that they put a sickly sweet smelling room freshener in the air conditioner so we could not get away from horrible smell and stay cool in over 32 degree weather. It also stated in the book they provide that they want to maintain a fragrance free room. Well they should stick to their word. My husband found it so strong he had to swap with my son at 1130pm as it was making him ill.
