The renovation noise was utterly deafening, but it was communicated beforehand. We just didn’t expect it to be so loud and constant. It’s impossible to swim and lounge in the area with the renovation going on.
Anggi from reception made my stay. Thoroughly helpful, accomodating and solved all our problems.

Staff are exceptional, the best I have ever experienced in 20 years of travel. Prime location, attached to shopping centre with many top shops and restaurants.
