Avenue Deluxe Hotel

The property was not so far from the beach, 10 minutes walk on plane ground. The food was various. We had different meals for lunch and dinner every day, only the breakfast was the same. The drinks were better than the ones we had in other all inclusive hotels. The staff is nice and the majority of them speaks and understands English with no problem. There is plenty space to park, we paid 7 euros a day and they charged us for the number of nights not days.

The rooms are not exactly as presented in the photos, also there is a smell not so fresh. In 7 days we received towels only twice and no refill for shampoo since we arrived. Also in the second room the towels and bed sheets were dirty. Three days in a row the cleaning ladies entered the room when we were inside, and the never came back. We tried to understand their schedule but every day it was different hours. For me it is also the way the hotel is placed. The pool is in the middle and it is very windy so even though outside were many degrees, for me it was constantly too cold.

Friendly staff Fresh towels every day when asked Clean pool I revisited this hotel after 9 years… in 2017 it was very good, but after this time, I wouldn’t come back.

Horrible quality food and drinks served. Worst quality I have ever seen in a hotel… this is not about the taste, or variety, it is disrespectful to serve people this. When I told them there are 2 flies in the soup, they simply removed the flies and that was it. There are more types of rooms and you may not get one that is shown on booking. The staff was nice and let us see more rooms till we accepted one. The pool bar was very dirty and smelled horrible.
