Excellent location, easy access from the public transport from the train station (also accessible by foot), then right next to all the main tourist attractions. There is an elevator. There is also a common area with a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle, tea/coffee etc. The room is rather small, but it is what I expected, as it corresponds exactly to the pictures and descriptions provided.

One disturbing thing was the noise from the street - there is a tram line and cars passing till very late night and from early morning. Ear plugs recommended

The hotel is ideally located, just a stone's throw away from the town center. The room, tailored for single occupancy, offers enough space for one person and is tastefully decorated. The entire hotel exudes a warm and cozy ambiance. I was particularly pleased with the generously sized shower. The staff, characterized by their incredible friendliness, politeness, attentiveness, and warm welcome, contributed significantly to my overall satisfaction.

The bedding in the hotel was notably uncomfortable, and the pillows were practically useless. The bed sheets, while not outright dirty, did have some human hair on them, indicating a lack of thorough cleanliness. What bothered me the most was the evident neglect by the cleaning staff. During my entire stay, there was no initiative to enter my room and change the sheets, towels, or garbage bags, nor did they offer additional toiletries. I had to personally approach the front desk to request fresh towels and extra toiletries. Additionally, the check-out time is set at 10:00 am, a timeframe that I find both unfair and impractical.

Єдиний недолік - дуже шумно вночі, бо вікна відразу на дорогу виходять. А вона дуже активна.

We were given the wrong room for two people when we had booked a room for 4. We were given another apartment which was further away. I rented a room with a bed for everyone and we ended up only having one bed and the rest having to sleep on a sofa bed. The sink was clogged, the fridge smelled bad, and the sheets were dirty, not to mention the filthy carpet and disgusting walls. Unfortunately I did not take pictures to everything because we really just wanted to spend the night and get out.
