Very nice house to stay in for a family swimming vacation. When it rained, the theater room and den came in handy. Close to stores and BBQ and not far from more touristy areas of Jacksonville and the beaches. Had a very nice time!

This was my second time staying at this house. I love it. The house was clean, it had more than enough kitchen utensils to prepare whatever meal was desired. It was also equipped with enough towels to accommodate the pool. It was just an all-around great place to stay. Like we say in the military, “Braov Zulu” to Tim for a property well kept. I look forward to returning next year.

The process of booking, paying, contacting owner and checking in and out was very easy. Being my first time experience with Vrbo, I was impressed with the property, its cleanness, space and very comfortable beds. Thanks to the owner (Tim) for making my stay at your property a wonderful stressful experience.

The property is very secluded. The pool was great and the covered area was great for eating outside even when it rained a few times!

We stayed for a 2 week vacation. We were really happy with the house. The owner was very nice and very helpful. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating area, fire pit, and grill. The pool was clean and the water temp was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet. I'm a runner. I felt safe running around the neighborhood and the rail trail located 2 miles away. Thanks Tim for everything!

The place was very clean nice outdoor pool area very convenient to everything bar b que grills was a plus it was nothing that u needed that wasn't accommodated I will definitely be looking to rent this property again if I ever return to Jacksonville I have no complaints at all thank you all so much

This is a large, nicely appointed house. The yard is great. It wasn't nice enough outside for us to swim on our trip, but the pool area is very nice. We did sit outside a lot and enjoyed the use of grill and firepit. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We chose this house specifically to be close to family we were visiting and it worked out fabulously! Will stay again!

Owner arrived BEFORE checkout and was in the back yard. This is against VRBO terms of service. And immediately knocked at the exact minute of check out. Nice way to leave the property with an owner that cursed out my wife upon our departure. Who does that? There is no cleaning crew, it is just the owner. Owner complains of kids making crumbs and having to vacuum. Yes, sorry, we spent 2 hours cleaning, but we did not vacuum. That is what the fake cleaning fee is for. This place is NOT kid friendly. Do not bring kids here. Sorry we didn't vacuum the house before we left, we actually did spend 2 hours cleaning up before leaving. There is no way it took 2 hours extra to clean for a cleaning crew. Again, the cleaning fee is for the owner to clean it himself, too cheap to hire a crew and then complains that he has to clean. The house is VERY dated, like a blast from the 80s past. The mattress topper on the master bedroom was horrible. Worst night sleep ever, hurt my bad. If you must stay here, make sure to remove it, or you will sink in 6 inches and wake up with aches. Pool was freezing, and virtually unusable, but that isn't their fault. Would not recommend.

Very spacious property. The pool was very refreshing. The entertainment "movie" room was an added bonus. Great to watch the big screen TV.

Home was spacious with plenty of room to spread out, with an updated master bath/shower. The pool was an added bonus and communication with the owner was very good. There is a nearby train with horn blaring that woke me several times at night, but I'm a light sleeper. It didn't bother my husband as much. Appreciated that the owner was willing to put the bicycles out with air in the tires after we requested it.

This home has a great layout for reunions. We enjoyed all the different rooms for gathering in smaller groups. Location and neighborhood was good. Close to highway though. Pool was nice and well maintained. Rest of the house was ok, but needed a thorough cleaning. Sleeper sofas were old.

We had a wonderful stay to take in a Jags game. The location was convenient from the airport and into downtown. House was as expected and Tim was wonderful to work with.

This was a great property…..had everything we needed for our stay. Really liked the spaciousness of the house. Everything was clean. We loved the pool. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. We would definitely stay here again

The time at this absolutely wonderful property was perfect. Tim was very available although there was not much needed as he had everything we needed already in place. My three grandchildren absolutely loved the pool I have to say I loved it too!!! The movie time in the theater was great. The eight of us were very comfortable. Thank so much Tim WE WILL BE BACK

Tim is a stellar property owner! Very friendly, helpful and available. The house was excellent! Plenty of linens and space. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Home was beautifully decorated. The outside pool area and fire pit was alot of fun and very relaxing ! We would highly recommend this property. We will return …theater room was awesome also! Great home….lots of fun!!
