We love the location, its facility and the very friendly customer service provided by the Seashells team. Right from the bellboy, the reception staff, breakfast buffet crew, cleaners and pool staff were exceptional, always ready to help.
We love the pool, spa and sauna too.
They even accommodated our special request to celebrate our anniversary with a slice of cake. It was yummy..
The food served for breakfast everyday was exceptional, however there was very limited choices for vegetarian meals. All the food was catered for Chinese,Korean,Japanese background guests especially their daily special.
It will be great if they can add some indian variety or other Asian delicacy.
Another little comment is there was no iron In the room for the guests to iron and touch up the clothes. It will be so helpful if there was an iron.
Thanks

The hotel was in a great location close to the beach and the night market. The room was a great size with a balcony overlooking the pool and with 180 degree views of the ocean. We received outstanding service from all staff who were friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was included and the spread was excellent with so many options to choose from. The free airport shuttle was another excellent service offered by the hotel. We will definitely be returning here in the future.
Once or twice there was a slight musty or wet smell coming from the airconditioning unit but we do understand that the hotel is in a high humidity location.
