Only good thing is the location of the apartment

This property is just NASTY and has Roaches i mean BIG roaches in their apartments. Ok our first day they gave us an apartment that was totally NOT the one pictured and we went to the one they assigned us and there were 3 BIG roaches crawling in the bedroom. We called them RIGHT AWAY So they can get us to the apartment we actually booked on booking.com and they told us we have to wait til the morning because the one we booked online would not be vacant til 1PM the next day (ok how the hell did booking let us book that apartment and it wasn’t available) they LIED. They say apartment is available and when you go after you book they assign you to a totally different apartment. Anyways we kept calling til they got us to the apartment we booked. We moved all of our stuff, keep in mind we were doing this with 7 big luggage and 5 kids, frustration was no where near the word to describe what we were feeling. 2nd apartment (one booked through booking) bed frame was falling apart and nails were sticking right out of the headboard where we are suppose to lay our heads (still with kids). The only thing decent here was the location. We were close to everything and thats the only good part. I wouldn’t book again with them though

Dirt, dirt, dirt, dirt, dirt. No sheets on the beds, no towels, not hot water, not toilet paper... No one of the basics you may need to sleep. It does'nt worth the money. We were a family with kids and we have sleept with the clothes of the day on, jackets included, and have covered the pillows with our t-shirts. Luckly we used only for few hours between flights. It's the dirtiest place I have ever stayed.
