Cleanliness, very spacious, very convenient location
None, however, my family and I were surprised to find a cemetery with cremation kiln right next door to the apartment.

The location was good. Easy access to the train and many places to eat surrounding the apartment. Having a key lock code to enter the apartment was so convenient as we did not have to worry about a key. Having a washing machine in the apartment was great and there was a laundry downstairs which we used for drying.
The glass door for the balcony. There is no window covering and at 5am the light/sun comes in and the bed opposite to that door gets the full light on them. The first night we were so tired after a late check in and then we were awake at 5am because of the light! This door needs to be covered. Also, the instruction manual book that is provided, the appliances were different to what was shown in the book so none of the instructions worked. We had to try and google to figure it out.

The location is closed to subway train station and 10-15 minutes walk to Ueno park which was our target for viewing Cherry blossom.
It's a single room having 4 beds which is not convenient for accommodating 4 adults comfortably.
Further, it's neither a hotel offering any facility of a hotel nor like an AirBnb having a fully equipped kitchen.
The facility is not worth for the price we paid.
